Only person in Lincoln that tips the winner of cricket is Ron himself- unless we want to do a comp!

Ha ha! Not even a well-disguised dig by the journalist in question.
So we're all 'inexperienced', is he therefore basing 'experience' primarily on age? ;)

Dig this post up when he starts going on about a player achieving the trifecta in cricket. The PL grand final, PL 20/20 final and Henderson Shield final. Something to that effect will come up soon....
Hi, My name is Ron 'Bluey' Dunn. Did you know I played in the 61 & 62 Tasman Premiership sides....

I'm sure there's a poster on this site that would have that achievement under his belt?

So round 2 this week, how'd it all end up?

Tasmans (Col Murdoch 49) def Waybacks (Jason Weetra 5-for) by two wickets, but I don't have all the scores yet.
The B Grade game got rained out

I heard Jack Shanley took a hattrick in a Charlton win?

Charlton won by 8 wickets. SES snuck over the line by 2 wickets over Toddies.

For what it's worth I'm tipping Toddies for the Premiership.

Don't really get the eye rolling thing Cooper... :?

We played them the first week, and they had apparently eleven fella's out (they beat us in the two's with only ten playing), so I was wondering if they were getting close to full strength.

Didn't the cricket guru say Tod River were a joke on the radio?

Said they 'never took their cricket sertiously and wont win anything until they do'.

Reags said they come good after Christmas and guru sadi ' What planet are you on"

very funny stuff

Still missing a couple but have got a bloody good batting lineup - just a matter of getting into a bit of form.

I look at Charlton, and they've got a few talented players, no doubt, but they match that with a couple that don't deserve A Grade recognition.

Toddies numbers certainly have more than a full side of genuine A Graders, so I agree with Eags.

Hang on, we're not trying to tip the winners of cricket are we? ;)

Uneducated scum that we are...

I suppose the only downside is that you'd have to register yourself...

It's all well and good gfor the people that are on there, but those that can't be bothered, just go by the old word of mouth...
