sure others would love these shows, just not me!

Nope, not just you. Have tried Little Britain a number of times in its various forms and it still leaves me cold.

Couldn't agree more on Little Britain...one of the least funny shows I've seen...can't stand it...Catherine Tate's show isn't any better either. Red Dwarf was ok but nowhere near as good as the likes of Blackadder...now that was funny.

JAS

Blackadder is one of my favourite shows of all time.
Love the 3rd season with Hugh Laurie as Prince George. Gold!

Wish this thread wasn't here. Firstly, it's far too hard to choose & secondly, all the great
lines from favourite episodes keep coming back to me. Keep seeing Jonesy from Dad's Army
jumping up and down shouting ..."DON'T PANIC, DON'T PANIC !
I'm not going to be very productive at work for the rest of the arvo. The good news is that
I can tell the boss to take his job and shove it !

2 Dr. Who

3 Monty Python

10 Are you being served ?

Very hard to separate from….

Just watched the first two series of Alan Partridge on DVD - again. Cringe comedy at its best. Steve Coogan may have done a couple of dodgy films but when he does this character he is brilliant!

Also agree with a lot of posters on here regarding "Little Britain". Such little effort goes into it it should be called "Little Written".

For simple and hearty laughs, been great rediscovering "George and Mildred" on 7TWO at 7pm each night.

"The Inbetweeners" is most certainly in my top 5 now. Only TWO episodes to go now :(( :ymtongue:

Grange Hill was absolute must see for me from when I was in about Year 7 to...um, when I was a fair way past Year 7
Can you guess where I'm calling from, the Las Vegas Hilton...

Yeah, hey!

I actually thought it has been really good over the past 6 months too.

The ending left it in a position where it could come back. Lets hope it does, and soon!
