Who's going to coach North? - Francou Appointed

He's an interesting character Archard. Had a couple of sublime years (06 and 09), the rest average at best. Looked overweight and disinterested in the few games I saw him this year, a shadow of the player I remember from 2006.

Quitting clubs comes naturally to him I've noticed. I'd say the Healy issue just gave him a convenient excuse for leaving.

It seems there are at least a few players not happy with the sacking. Doesn't make much sense, if our team liked him as a coach so much then why did they play such uninspired garbage for him throughout most of 2010?

From what I've heard there wasn't a player that thought Healy wasn't heading in the right direction, apparently the on field show of emotion after the last 2 wins of the season wasn't just Healy, it genuinely went both ways .
Like you say, from a supporters perspective for the most the season appeared "uninspired garbage", the players must have thought differently and obviously had a huge amount of respect for their coach (even though it wasn't obvious during the season to most of us)
