STUMPS DAY 3
NS 6/MILLION DECLARED
SA 255
BLIZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZARD 96 great debut innings for SA
HENrebIQUES 4/53 a good season and who knows he might be International bound
SA 7/176
OBREIN 22*[63] a real fighter who never gives up
DUVALL 32* [38] if injury free might become a good SS player this season
OKEEFE 4/39[19] a talented spinner thesedays

Good fighting partnership by Aaron and Chris of 45
SA need almost 100 to make New Reb Wales bat again

SA have been a fragile batting team for the last few seasons
When they have made big batting totals invariably the Run MAXchine gets big scores
He made 2 runs in 38 balls in this match

When Run Maxchine, Callum Ferguson and Peter George play well then this team can improve

Fantastic session
OBRIEN 57*, what this guy lacks in sheer ability he makes up with the way he plays, never gives up, just makes the most of his ability
DUVALL 87 [107] batted superbly , often smasssssssssshing Stevie OBrien over his head
7/131 became 8/260 a superb 129 partnership by Aaron and Chris
DUVALL dismissed by KHAWAJAS spin !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

9/279
EDMONSON comes in to bat, an extra 150 runs to extend the lead to 156 was needed
CLARK was the bowler
BALL 1 a bouncer at EDO , Clark ends up near EDO and + chatted to EDO
BALL 2 into the ribs, EDO manages to fend it off, CLARK appeared to tell EDO that the point and square leg boundaries were there for the taking, CLARK pointing at the boundaries
BALL 3 agan at the body, striking EDO ooooouch
BALL4 full at the pads hits EDO on the pad and LBW
Superb bowling that by the big New Reb Welshman

279
lead of 5
CHRISTIAN tales the new ball and bounces JAQUES 1st ball and hits him a stinging blow, a brilliant delivery had Jaques in real bother
Next ball JAQUES cuts a 4
Then a single soon after
1 run to win and MADDINSON on strike at last I get to see him bat
Heez a left hander, he is tall with short brown hair
If he gets out with 1 run to get, I get to see the KHAWAJ bat !!!
MAD leaves the first ball
2nd ball is short and he pulls backward of square for 1 run

NSW win

HENrebIQUES had a sub fielder today and really struggled up the stand stairs after the game
What a pity if its serious
COPELAND was walking gingerly and had his knee in an icepack as well

Just think if they had all thier bowlers available
HAZELWOOD
STARC
BRACKEN
All didnt play
BOLLINGER/SMITH/HAURITZ might all get a gig at some stage as well
LEE is he actually playing at all these days ?

The New REB Welshmen certainly have a talented squad of bowlers

Some of the decisions by the SACA are a joke. For so many years now we've been playing all of these half arsed allrounders that can neither bat or bowl well enough to make an impact in the 4 day game and concentrating our efforts on one day cricket thinking that will also work in the Shield Comp. Then we let Harris go when he was at his peak and get rid of Cossie so we can field a team with only 4 South Aussies in the line up this week. Admittedly George and Ferguson may make us more competitive but it's hard to see us winning enough games to even finish in the top half this season. How about we:
1. Fix the district comp.
2. Start concentrating on Shield Cricket rather than T20 crap.
3. Nurture our own talent, e.g. Putland, Haberfield and the likes of Cossie etc. before recruiting blokes who couldn't make it at other states!

To think we flicked blokes like Blewett and Lehmann when they still had so much to offer and lost Gillespie as a potential bowling coach just to serve up this half baked crap.

Ok, rant complete.
Don't be scared. Now is not the time!

Depends on where you are coming from.

To those who know what is going on, it's a crap post. To those who don't, I can understand how it appears.
