Very dissapointing he left TTGDCC on the eve of the first game!!

Didn't he get pepped up to play A's only to find out he didn't make it on selection night?

Wouldnt say he was pepped up, id say he thought he should have been picked ahead of a few blokes.

However, his bowling is better than his batting and we needed an extra batsmen. He was a fair chance to play the one dayers and 20/20 games this season and hey if he scored a few runs in the 2 day comp i have no doubt he would have been given a shot.

no just think that Para Districts needs as much advertising as possible especially with the decling amount of clubs participating.

Also not every one has access to the net, so im sure those people would like to see the score from around the grounds.

On a bright note the weather hasnt been to bad so far this week

2 piece moves around a fair bit more and the pitches are narrower.

If i ever want to shatter all my confidence, i just get Rogers to bowl to me with a 2 piece.

Its VERY unlucky for all those who have to face him. He could swing a pineapple.
The secret impresses no one. The trick you use it for is everything.

Poor run ups and the fact he bowled 20+ overs may have contributed.

Poor run ups are unfortunately an occupational hazard at our level. Except Smithfield - Beautiful from the pub end last year

Just print out the scores from the internet, frame it and hang it on the wall. 6/4 not bad figures.

Chances of getting the runs this weekend mate? Will be a good start to the year for ya, get the kids confidence up.

And the fact he had something to say after every ball probably helped fatigue

This must be the biggest influx of players to grade 1 sides for awhile.

Rogers and Cree to OTH (possibly others?)
5-6 to the Lodge.
2-3 for R&C
2 for SW

Unsure about the other clubs

Usually it's players going the other way to play turf. Makes the competition extremely competitive and evens it out a bit from the past 2 or so years. Not often there are 4-5 sides which have a genuine claim as a contender.
