Technically she does live next door MP
in reality she is living here.
Actually, strike that. I dont think she has been living in reality for quite a while!

and Im all ears on how to quietly sabotage the relationship.
Im sure our other mates will be more than willing accomplices.

From afar Trev, it is hard.

I mean, I could stuff my housemates relationship if I chose, and I have made the choice to do so- therefore I give it two weeks and they're done.

Everything needs to be turned around.

When your HM gets angry, it needs to be the live-in GF's fault.

Dishes not done? HM's fault.

Dirty laundry on the floor? HM's fault.

Lights/TV left on? HM's fault.

Gotta make him NOT want to be around her.

Might have to take him out on a boys night, and hook him up... ;)
Take photos, and leave them lying around- that's a sure fire winner!

Actually BUGGER the above (if the friendship doesn't phase you).

I have the winner!

You mentioned a couple of times that the child has come to stay.

So that means the child lives with another caregiver primarily (assumption being the mother).

Tell the mother about how the guy is treating his kid, because of this scrag.

If she's worth her salt as a parent, she will tune him herself, and has (most of the time) the bonus of being able to prevent the father from seeing the child.

all true MP
Unfortunately I dont want to give up on him as a mate plus the mum has several other kids and I get the feeling she is happy to see the back
of one for a while..

As for the breaking them up, she could prove harder to dislodge than originally thought.
I Just heard from another mate who came over whilst I was out.
Apparantly about a week ago they had a fight (while he was here) and HM told her in no uncertain terms to
get her stuff and Get out of his house.
She refused to leave!

Damn! if i was here, her and all her crap would have been over the fence quick smart.

Yeah I know that problem.

When I last told this scrag to "get the eff" out of my place, it failed to happen.

If your HM is still pissed at the chick, then start egging him on, and "suggest" the removal of her gear, by grabbing her largest, most expensive item in your home, and throw it over the fence!

This just in.

Got home from work to the same scenario.
same response,same result.
Son went to bed and I decided to have it out with them.
they refuted all my allegations with the phrase "there is serious parenting going on here trev"
"you know nothing about it because you dont have kids"

Forget my 15 years working with disabled/behavior challenged kids.

well Frick me, if their idea of serious parenting involves ignoring your kids and taking issue with the one person in the place FEEDING and looking after him, then accusing him of being a pedophile and waking up son @ 1am to "get him away from you" well Frick them.

I can still hear her carrying on. Fairly sure I will be looking for a place to live tommorrow.

its all good though, one call to the drug squad and they are well and truly fricked.

either there's been a stabbing or he's found a new home that doesn't have the internet connected yet. hanging out to hear the end of it.

reading these kind of stories makes me wonder how some people can be so out of touch with reality.
It's all the SANFL's fault.

Well it looks like you have all been waiting with bated breath.
Trust me its worth the wait.
First and foremost, I have not been home since yesterday and am Moving out first thing tommorrow.

I had a mates 40th on Sunday night and as you do ended up crashing on his couch for the night.

I got home at 10.30 am feeling fairly average but looking forward to curling up in bed and spending the day watching Bathurst.

I knew something was wrong when I tried to open the gate to get in. A brand new padlock!-which would have been bought on Sat night- firmly attached to the gate denying me access.

Over the fence I go only to see my bedroom window with the screen off and wide open. hmmm unusual. I look inside to find my room absoloutely trashed. My bed is on a 45 degree angle, my cupboards have been emptied, there is one footprint on my bottom sheet and another on my quilt. Rubbish bin is on its side with contents scattered all over the floor. A packet of corn chips I had set aside for Bathurst munchies is strewn all over the room.

Thieves! I thought (possibly explaining the padlock) until I realised that NOTHING was missing. not my ps3 and 20 odd games
My change tin containing about 80 bucks of gold coins not my tv, not my old but still working mobile.

Outraged I went to confront soon to be ex housemates only to be met with denials and looks of noncomprehension when I called the police. Police said as nothing was taken there was not much they could do.

Then I rememberd Hm girlfriend asking me if I had seen/taken a packet of METHADONE she had lost (FFS METHADONE! anybody who knows me,including soon to be ex housemate knows that I never have and never will touch drugs).

Who trashes someones room in their desperation for a fix? Fricken Junkies thats who!
The more I thought about it, the more I realised that since she has moved in, my housemate has become more and more lethargic and shown signs of a serious drug dependancy (whereas before he only dabbled in the occasional :weedman: .)

I have no desire under any circumstances to associate myself in that culture and all the problems that come with it

I called a mate who had offered me his spare room a few times and arranged to move in.
Then I hightailed to another mates house and spent the night on his couch.
I had dinner at my parents tonight and am crashing here and moving to my new place early tommorrow morning.
I am giving no notice and they can go whistle for the last weeks rent, but the best part is Im taking the fridge with me!

Thanks for all your support and ideas but I think that I always knew it would eventually come to this
Cheers
Trev
