IMO if a town is going to field two A grade teams they normally have the best 11 in a side and then the second string of players fill up the reserve side. If Berri are going to be really strong this year then go for it, but i would hate to see an average side where the boys are always trying to phone up and get players to have a hit. Just wish the A Grade comp got taking serious down here for a change.

I don't get your point. I can tell you that Berri have got the numbers otherwise they wouldn't be nominating a second side full stop, whether that be in the A or B grade.
You wouldn't get a team that takes this comp as serious as the BCC.

True that. The wankers don't even have a beer at the drinks break. Weak as piss. I'm looking forward to captaining the colts team this year. We are going to dominate.

So will Berri rustle up enough quality players to be competitive with 2 A grade teams. Will Berri divide up the squad to have an even two teams, or will it be the 1st to 11th best in one time, with the second team being the seconds.

It will be picked on a First 11 and Second 11 basis Ron.
Personally, I am not in favour of two A grade sides and don't see why having a bye is such a bad thing.

Yup, we definitely could have taken ourselves more seriously over the time I was at Loxton. No doubt.
10 years ago was our last flag.

How is Loxton shaping up DW? I've heard there could be more than Duffield and Pearson on the move.

Renmark had their first training on Sunday.
Numbers were a bit down but still had about 15 out there, with about 10 apologies.
Should be a good chance for some kids to show their potential this season.

Good to hear RB.
I look forward to watching you sling down a few left arm firebolts this season, while I sink piss in the grandstand!

Big win for Berri first up. Knocked Waikerie over for 77 and made them easily. What happened in the other game?
