Heading into Lincoln to watch the AFL this Saturday. Which pub is best to have a feed and watch the game preferably with cheap beer?
Where does everyone go? Do you go to your footy clubs, the pub or stay home?

I watch the game at home. I can't stand the loudmouths down the pubs who know nothing about the game.

Does PL footy really need the Tigers, after last years efforts I'd say no. It's a bye anyway, might as well just call the day off and go fishing!![/quote]

The Tasman Hotel put on a good show usually. Free beer til first goal.

Anyone thought of a PLFL team of the year?

Mine would be

Vogelsanger M Parker Goodwin
Kelsh Cimarosti M Miller
Keatley White Kay
Magic Jericho Gurtin
Hunt K Miller M Burgoyne

Kemp H Miller Semmler

Int: Cragg Sapsoford Monfries Sampson

Have I forgotten anyone?

Is there a minimum for matches played?

You have Mallee Miller, but not Wes...

Easy have Wes in before anyone from Bostons (i.e. Monfries).

And I could probably find a spot for J. Burgoyne (likely ahead of Sambo).

Ok this is the corrected one. Do we all agree?

Vogelsanger M Parker Goodwin
Kelsh Cimarosti M Miller
Keatley White Kay
Magic Jericho Wes B
Hunt K Miller M Burgoyne

Kemp H Miller Semmler

Int: Cragg Sapsoford J Burgoyne Gurtin

Is there anyone else who deserves a run?
