Just got my flea ridden fat butt outta bed and tuned in for the first time. I am listening in to LIFE FM (just as the Eagles kick their first goal) and I am wondering where is the crowd? Whether Glenelg go forward or the Eagles go forward I can only here the commentators. It is like they are commentating in an empty stadium.

I think I have an answer to my query.
The siren just went as the Eagles scored their second goal, and I heard nothing. Now my cognitive ability has allowed me to take a leap to the next probable question and ask "Why is there no effects mic?"

LIFE said earlier that it is a very small crowd that the SANFL would be disappointed with and they almost begged people listening who are thinking about going to go.

Just came back from the ads break and "Whaaarrrmp"! I can hear background chatter also.
Perhaps they have rectified the problem.

EDIT: They must be using the same effects mic.

If we extend the theory proposed by some Eagles and Westies people, the SANFL have only thmselves to blame for not rigging the Elimination final and letting Sturt get through.
