Agree, unfortunately for those lads... (Musolino played reserves last week anyway, was always going to be out for Nash - like for like)

10 league Premierships combined, 14 players with League experience, 13 of which have played league football this year, does make for a strong side doesn't it.

Yes, a far cry when we were something like 2-8 earlier in the season!

According to the budget.

Centrals have won 8 of the last 10 encounters between the teams.

I thought the claim was Norwood always challenged Centrals ??????

Closeness of the games perhaps?

Had an interesting discussion with a mate today talking about our prospects this weekend .. Obviously clubs need to be positive going into any finals matches, and this is a new experience for us Norwood supporters (playing Central during their golden age), but I wonder sometimes if clubs fall into the trap of focussing purely on what the Dogs have done that season (ie Minor Round) without enough aspect of attention toward what they've done in recent finals campaigns, given they step things up so much between the two?

We've never feared them!

Whilst we haven't been good enough to challenge them over the past decade, we are this year and they haven't inflicted the mental scars upon us that they have to other clubs who have been good enough over a season to play in finals in their era of domination.

Play our best footy we'll win!

Focus on what they might do and reflect upon what they've achieved in the past or having an inferiority complex in regards to them, and they've got you before the ball is bounced!

We're better than that and that's what stands us in good stead for Sunday.

Go you Redlegs!!!!!!!!

I think the idea Norwood have challenged the dogs is based on the margins of the games.

Pretty meaningless for the players that run out (unless they take it on board), but that's a bloody poor record for the club.

I think Extra Time was only introduced in the '90's. Prior to that I think they replayed the match, which could explain that draw.
