The guilt trip of my "housemate," who I thought had moved out...

Now that she's being a troll and not paying any money, I have tried to "kick her out," but hear chapter and verse about how much of a bad person I am, and that how I'm giving her son nowhere to live...

Oh yes please. I once lived with a bloke who is now wanted for attempted murder in three states. He moved in with my friend and I because he was rooting her and she felt bad for him having to live by himself in his own house. He was an angry little fella with a bad temper. Fortunately, though, it turned out he'd gone to high school with Mr McSpaz and was a bit afraid of him, so he was usually pretty careful what he said to me. My mate didn't fare so well when they broke up - he spat in her bed on the way out and harassed her over the phone for the next year or so.

1) My housemate hooking up with the witch from next door.

She turned up uninvited 3 weeks ago and has not been home since.!
She has been in my room when I have been out, She has asked me for money to buy her smokes, she has tried to tell me what I can and cant do
She has told me that she "outranks me cos I'm dating The lord of the manor"
She has a 13 year old daughter who came home sick from school and she still didnt go home.

2) My housemate had his 9 year old son for the weekend. I got to bed at 6 am on sun morning and was woken by housemates son at 9 am
I told him he neeeded to go see his dad but was told " she told me i was not allowed in his room while shes there and i had to come wake you up". So I spent the day looking after him which was fun (playstation, went to the park, kicked the footy ect) but not when housemate and witch SPEND THE DAY IN BED. Then when he went home at 5 pm, she (being out of bed for about ten mintes) tries to take all the credit when he tells his mum he had a great time!

When my first child was born, Mrs.Boon and I were not overly flushed with funds. A bloke who used to share a house with one of Mrs.Boons friends blew in to a party one night and long story short he ended up moving in with us for a while.

We were living in a big old 4 bedroom house and the 4th bedroom was almost in another wing of the house so he had his own space.

Mrs.Boon at that stage kept some spare cash in a draw in her tall boy, you would have needed to see where it was to know it was there. We returned home one day to find a note left in said spot saying "I borrowed $50, I'll put it back on payday"....

The prick had been in our room, in the "smalls" draw, taken money and had the gaul to acknowledge his theft. Didn't see him for about 4 days and upon his return I gave him half an hour to produce said $50, get his 5hit the hell out of my house and not come back. Broke down and cried, didn't he? Mrs.Boon felt sorry for him after explaining his prescription drug addiction blah blah blah. Get out.

Anyway, the person whom he shared with years ago took him in. She lived in a 3 bedroom flat at Henley Beach, as you can imagine bed 3 was pretty small and it was full of her crap. Ironing board, puch bike etc. So the bloke goes into bed two. He stays there for a few weeks before taking off with some of her stuff, toaster, electric frying pan. Whatever he could hock off for a fix, I assume.

The very best part? Her bike was covered with clothes, just draped over her bike as she was too lazy to iron them or wash them. Anyway, about 3 months after he had done a runner she went to get her bike out for a ride.....WTF?

Her bike was now a cardboard cut out of a bike with the clothes draped over it! He had cut out a couple of pizza boxes to look like a frame and had pinched her bike and draped the clothes over the cardboard! Gold.

Oh man i had a horror run.

Lasted 8 months with another couple.

It was me and my missus VS these two and it took us a year to even talk again.

They had an unstable relationship to the point where he would be a knob, she would threaten self-harm and he would destroy the house (punching walls, ripping down doors etc)

The worst part was HIS parents owned the house so he assumed 'live-in landlord'

She continually would have a sudden headache come Saturday night etc and we would have to cancel at the last minute plans to have friends over (to the point they would be sitting in their car outside and we had to turn them away)

Absolutely no respect toward someone else sleeping when she had no job.

They smeared a tea towel covered in sauce over my missus $300 dress as they thought we were not washing the communal stuff enough

The smallest things ended becoming huge issues:

-walking in high heels across floorboards (the girls )
-letting dogs inside
-tv volume too loud late at night


I could go on but i recommend never living with other people that aint blood or your rooting.
