Premiership hats and t-shirts have to be printed before the match, so they are available soon after the game. Everyone gets items printed before the grandfinal but it is only the loser that we hear about, it is better to not tell to many people also. We seem to hear more about it when a strongly fancied side gets beaten.

not to many country sports team have premiership items ready to go for when the siren sounds, most wait until they have won and get them weeks after. any team argent enough to do this deserve to loose and be laughed at!!

Dead right Rama, ala the Back to Back Tumby Bay effort...

KWF selection should be interesting this Thursday night for your side

With good depth at the club there will be some unlucky players to miss a game as there always is this time of year.

How would you go with selection?

James, Wagner, P Franklin?
B Daniels, Cimarosti, Brown
Leonard, Semmler, Raikwasa
Dodd, George, McKinlay
C Daniels, Reinke, Orbons

Cunningham, Masters, Campbell

Bench from....Mason, Hacket, B Cunningham, Frost,T Franklin?, Milton, Davies.

Can you answer the following questions KWF.
1. There are two Franklins, have both been playing recently? name them and who will get a game.
2. I like Raikwasa being freed up on the wing in recent weeks but have concern about George on a mobile forward at CHB.
3. Will Reinke play?
4. Can you afford to play so many talls? If not who misses out? Mason in my opinion but other option is to just let Orbons play U/17s.
5. Hacket is an under-rated player, should he be in there.
6. What would your side be? plese select the side you would take into the game (I have selected mine with the bold players on the bench)
7. Who do we tag? Harry or Wes or both?
8. Do you start niggle early to test the water?
9. Have I missed anyone in contention for selection?
10. Goodluck you will need it

well thats footy done for another year. ramblers too good for us on the weekend at key moments. i thought we had our opportunities but we just couldn't kick straight at really key times. it blew out in the last 4 minutes but with 6 mins to go gregory had a shot that would have put us only 7 points down, he kicked it from 50 on the boundary and instead of it rolling through it bounced backwards and they run down and kicked a goal. thats footy. now for the silly season to start and all the rumors of recruiting.

Thanks Daicos are you sure your not TRR :D
A pretty good analysis and I am glad selection is not my problem.
Having said that Any comments I make are mine and as Ive been told
before I know jack sh!t
my side is as follows
F: James Wagner George
H: B.Daniels Cima Brown
C: Leonard Semmler Frost
H: Dodd Raikawasa Reinke
B: Calvin Orbons McKinlay

1R N.Cunningham Masters Cambo
I/C Mason Davies Milton

The two Franklins are Tyler who unfortunately broke his leg early in the year
Paul who has been in and out with a few niggles
Brett Cunningham if out is dead stiff
Jerry Hackett split his foot open on a razor fish and missed a few
has been in the twos but is a very slick.
Any four of these guys could claim a spot and thoroughly
deserve it.
I would like to see Magic at CHB he is quick a nd can run the ball forward
Reinke if fit could be very versatile but Orbons at Full Back has been sensational.
The weather as it is wont help us.
If it wasnt for the red card issue I would love to see Calvin and Dylan go into
the centre at around the 10 min mark of the first quarter :D
Tagging poss. Milts on Wes
and there are a couple of options for Harry.
It will be a tough day but Grand Finals are a 50/50 proposition.
As I said my thoughts only.

sure there is, take Saturday's game when the opposing team that's already in the grand final boundry umpire your match and report your player which inturn leads to a red card and send off so your left with only 17 players for 3 quarters because some one thought they may seen something.

finally a tribunal which used common sense, pity about the game and poor kid :(

Sure Orbons has been good in recent weeks but you wouldnt match him up on P Dudley would you? Orbons to B Johncock, Reinke to P Dudley and Magic to M Miller has to be the match-ups I would have thought?
Milts on Wes is a big concern but there are going to big concerns in the midfield no matter which way you go.
Great idea to send George forward and expose their lack of height KWF, especially as he may not have a match up down back.

Now that the Demons are not involved would it be too much for Rossco to give us a grand final preview?

i would be taking out frost and milton, putting in both of the franklins.
Mason at 1st ruck as last week N Cunningham showed not much in the hard stuff last week and pat brown in backlines who has shown great rebound run all year..

not sure how paul franklins year has been down there, but from playing against him i would have thought his a player who could kick quality / valuable goals on the big stage (even in PLFL), and he has premiership experience - if fit i would have thought his a certain starter!??

I wonder if Pecker Power or Bantamweight would care to name a Mallee Park team, or do we need to wait for a mistake-laden Ron Dunn special on Thursday...

Daicos, TRR is currently away at the moment.

Paul Franklin has to be in Tasmans best 22. They especially need his experience and composure this week. Surely if fit he'll play. Perhaps it was an oversight on KWF side.
