On average, I would smoke 25 cigarettes a day... today, on day two of my quit attempt, I had... 5!

By this time next week, I aim to be cigarette free! :D

Sitting down to check emails with a big mug of tea and a little bar of Thornton's dark chocolate with ginger after battling uphill with 3 large bags of food shopping against a 30mph (50kph) headwind. I think I'll count that as my workout for today #:-s

i rate these pics of the little NG growing inside Mrs NG... 20 weeks now and all is healthy. we aren't finding out so it's all a big surprise...

A visitor to my house was showing off the flash new iPhone 4 that she paid thousands of dollars to own outright (whatever that means), ignorning everyone else at the gathering while she talked to **** knows who and then she dropped her precious toy and shattered it on the concrete of my patio ha ha.

I was pissing myself laughing 'why would you spend a couple of grand on something like that' I said. I don't think she'll be back somehow. Even more gold ensued when she admitted she had no insurance. Here's a tip, when you visit someone's house and you don't know them very well try talking to people instead of your iPhone.
