Apparently it is in the constitution that central finals must be played at central grounds. This was voted on by the club presidents a few years back I am led to believe.
Does this need to be changed to allow for extreme circumstances?

But at same time they certainly make it hard not to have a go with a lack of common sense in some of their decision making...
