That is not that hard to do jimmy! But seriously, why did PAOC apply for thier permit this week if they are not playing? What you put on iscore can change anyway cant it? If they have decided that playing them is not in good spirit then good on them, it was my point all along that just because you can do it does not mean you should. Now assuming they wont be playing both GGFC and PAOC can have a good even game of footy. Except FR is not playing! So I am not sure who benfeits from this more ;)

Nah me either, I know that the D grade are expecting them to play so if they dont no harm done. It is pretty tough for a D grade bloke to prepare to play on guys that have playeed a fair whack of A grade games during the year but im sure they are as ready as they can be.

Plenty of talk about this game, but no real predictions?

C6 - Prelim Final - Golden Grove Vs PAOC @ TheBarton

Golden Grove were the form side going 17-0, but recently have stumbled, failing to win a game for a month. Looking down the barrel of going out in straight sets, the GG boys are once again being haunted by the old saying, "No Kale, No Golden Grove!".

On the flip side, D-grade are quickly becoming the black sheep of the PAOC Footy Club. With As, Bs and Cs all waiting to play in the big dance next week, will the so called D-reamteam manage to slide in the back door? Two weeks ago we saw them stack their side with 15+ C-graders against SMOSH, and they still couldn't get the job done, so this week they have resorted to bribing the powers that be at the SAAFL to get 3 A-graders into the side. Will these dirty tactics pay off? Or will this continual disruption cause havoc with team balance?

For me, the weather holds the key. A wet heavy game will play right into the hands of the bigger GG bodies. The outsiders at PAOC wont want to put their head over the pill and we'll see the men from GG take control around the packs and grind this one out. Just like last week against Lockleys, we will no doubt hear plenty of complaining from the PAOC boys to the umps, but none of them will do what's required and put their body on the line. Expect plenty of frees against for lip and probably a few 25m penalties as well. For GG, Doc at CHB will do as he did back in Rd 12 and simply dominate the undersized PAOC forward line. Expect the PAOC side to drop their heads in the 2nd half as the game drifts beyond their control and GG will extend the lead to run out comfortable victors.

GG 70 def PAOC 27
Ultimately it wont matter cause as I've said all year, SMOSH have the flag in their back pocket already.

Prove me wrong?

To be honest with you at this point SMOSH would be the fav by a fair way, saw the games they played against our D grade this year and are deffinatelly playing well now when it counts. I am sure the Ds are happy to go into a GF (provding they win of course) as the underdogs.
