That's a good question.
Without actually calculating the percentages and just doing rough addition and subtraction:
Norwood has 1436 points for and 1218 points against: That is 218 points clear of 50%
WWT has 1675 points for and 1525 against: 150 points clear of 50%
West has 1274 points for and 1335 against: 61 points shy of an even 50%
If West won by that 61 points and brought their percentage up to 50%, Norwood would still be 157 points
clear. To bridge the gap West would need to win by an extra 79 points on top of the 61, ie. Westies need to win by about 140 points to bring their points for and against to a better than level pegging with Norwood's.
So in the event West score 200 points and Norwood score 60:
West would have: 1474 points for and 1395 against. A difference of 79 points.
Norwood would have: 1496 points for and 1418 against. A difference of 76 points.
Without calculating it, you can see that West's lower points against would ensure a better percentage.
If West did pull off a 140 point win against Norwood they could in theory also leapfrog WWT, but only if WWT lose by 71 points or more.
In a nut shell:
There's 279 points difference between West and Norwood.
And 211 points difference between West and WWT.
You can juggle the various scenarios of massive margins required for either WWT or Norwood to finish outside the 5
but it looks unlikely.
