Dont start making excuses before the game has even been played, you cats should win anyway, you guys have played together all year and have that as an advantage over Adelaide Uni.

So what was your excuse for not making finals after winning 8 straight then?? Injuries didnt decimate you like you'd like to say that's for sure. :)

It was a good game of football today between Central United and Adelaide Uni. Both teams like to run and in the end units where challenged in the last quarter when uni got with in a kick, but units steady and deserved there win and promotion back to div 6.

Only half as many goals for last years 100+ goal kicker (ex crab) B. Vezis this season, maybe turning 40 has slowed him down

Someone sticking up for him? Sounds like G.Mount was the pick for most in the Div 7 Reserves Medal yet one umpire got him over the line. I know I'd be embarassed.

Congratulations to Central United for their promotion to Div 6. Their fellow demotee Glenunga will have to go around in Div 7 again ;)

This is why no one outside of Central United likes you blokes. You're hardly humble, have the worst supporters in Div 7 and probably all of Amateur League, yet continually dish out abuse to other clubs. I hope you blokes get what you deserve Saturday week. As for going up to Divvy 6. Good Riddance. 8)

With it guaranteed that a C Grade team will play in the GF, can we be correct in assuming they will squib out and refuse to be promoted? Looks like Ingle Farm have been thrown a lifeline.

it was a good hard game of footy for div 7, played at finals intensity. What do you want Carey the standard of div 1 or SANFL?

We were always going to win Division 7. Doesnt matter who we play in the GF, we'll destroy them!!! Ive kept a close eye on Division 6 this year and I think we would have pushed for a top 2 finish in that division aswell.

You played a C grade side yesterday, get your hand off it. You would not get a sniff against west Croydon.

And how Bernie Bobridge didnt poll a single vote at the count yet 16 other United players did is a joke. Clearly better then any of the players in the top 5. Young Woody is a gun for such a young age but Bernies hardness at the football when those around him dont want to bend there backs must have stood out. His foot skills are the best in the comp, his game style is why we even made finals in my eyes. Should be playing a higher grade, his a freak and should romp in at the B&F count
