Tell me more! Is this an IQ upgrade?

I dont have IQ and I'm waiting for Foxtel to offer me something for a change.

I've got IQ and haven't had Foxtel offer me anything either.

Did they ring you or did you ring them up about some other matter?

They rang me. I think it's one of those end of contract campaigns where they want to recontract you (my 12 month contract is up next month).

I've only got the standard digital (I have a hard drive recorder already so see no point in paying for IQ or IQ2), so they offered to upgrade me to IQ2 for free installation and free IQ2 for 12 months (providing I go on a new 12 month contract).

Also, for those that have the Sports package, the Commonwealth Games channel/s will be provided free of charge this time.
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

Guided relaxation for free on YouTube :D ...this stuff on cd/dvd's at our local hippy commune (Findhorn) costs about £20+

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zh-klfBJlHc
(my favourite so far...very relaxing)

Headache's gone as is the overwhelming urge to bang together the heads of other people's kids that have been screeching, squealing and screaming outside all day.

Nice!! I pay $6 a week currently - I haven't actually read the paper in over a month though, so I've got all these rolled up ones lying around the house.

Yeah, its a pretty good deal. It was advertised in the Tiser earlier in the week so i rang up about it, it goes for 6 months, had to pay $52 up front, but its i had no problem with that given the savings and convenience involved. Its only available to customers who have never had a delivery deal with them before.

Perhaps you can use some of the excess newspaper for wrapping presents :)

I got today's paper thinking there might be something in there about this but couldn't find anything about it. Do you just have to ring up and ask for this deal? Do you know if the deal is for the Monday-Friday papers? It does sound tempting.

The deal may have only been offered for a couple of days i'm not sure. I rang after seeing a $2 coin sticker attached to the front of Tuesday's paper, it had a phone number and some info on the back. I peeled the sticker off and left it at work, so can't check it now, but when i return to work i can check to see if there's anything on there about how long the deal goes for.

Luke having a good sleep after a hellish night teething. Admittedly, he is sleeping NOW, when I'm not, but it's so good that he's peaceful and not in pain.

Which teeth? We've had two bottom ones come through at right on 4 months of age. It's all downhill for the next 12 months I suspect.....

Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour. Drop our bags off at 10:45, come back at 1:30 to see if we can check in, not only is the room available, they've dropped our bags off up there!

Also Tiger Airways - got a free upgrade to an exit aisle (even got to pre-board as a result), and my mate and I had our row to ourselves!

Better than putting the wrong code on the footy bet ticket at the TAB and not realising until you go to the TAB to claim your winnings. Been there, done that :(

I rate being able to vote. Sure, we didn't have much to vote for this time around but at least we had the chance.

x2 Ginger.

I feel pretty privileged to be able to do it, and I rate the select few of my friends who don't have a clue, but know I follow politics, so they ask me what it all means.

I rate that this result (ALP or LNP) should be the most effectively run Government (with the influence of the Greeny and co).

RATEWORTHY ELECTION!!! :D

Malcolm Saville's Lone Pine books were much better imho...don't think they've been in pront for a while but give them a try if you can find any.

He hasn't got them yet but I suspect the bottom ones. The worst ones are the molars... I remember Angus getting four at once. :(

Not sure if 'rate' is the right word but the news story about the trapped miners in Chile is pretty amazing...and they reckon it could take another 4 months to reach them  but at least they're alive.

Just goes to show while there's even the slightest chance you should never give up hope.
