Over a few beers yesterday, this finals plan was devised by one of my fellow drinkers.
I told him I'd hold him to it.
Be interesting to see if he's right.
I'm not sure he will be.

A grade:

Waikerie to beat Loxton
Barmera to beat Berri

Waikerie to beat Berri

Barmera to beat Waikerie

Independents:

Wunkar to beat Paringa.

Wunkar to defeat Lyrup by four goals.

Wunkar to defeat East Murray by 15 points.

Brenton Mann chaired off after Loxton's B grade game on weekend.
Well done on a good career. A top bloke too.

I saw both teams play on the weekend and it's not a matter of not rating EM.
It's just that Wunkar want it a hell of a lot more.

The problem with Wunkar is that as much as I want to hate them for knocking us out, I can't because they're all good blokes with the exception of that Griffiths fella.

Had he just smoked a bucket bong and dropped a few googs before he came up with that scenario???

Interesting to note that Loxton North had 16 more inside 50s than Loxton in the
A grade match on the weekend.
The Panthers will be looking for a big forward and a ruckman during the off season
I reckon.
Well done to Rob McLean who is hanging up the boots.
Officially booted five in his last match.

Also I have found it interesting this season that there are some
players who respond to crowd taunts.
A Renmark player loved responding to the attention he received with a not for children's
eyes gesture, earlier in the season, and a Loxton player also made some interesting gestures, remarks and was pointing
to the scoreboard quite a bit when the crowd got stuck into him on the weekend.
I was always told never to respond to the crowd?!?!?
