Good luck to all Aussies bar Ley Ley!! Prefer to see Federer win again or maybe the Cyprian guy.

Wayne Arthurs through to the second round! Will be gunning for Guccione. Who cares about Ley Ley.

I don't really care who wins, but I wouldn't mind seeing Federer, Nadal, Bagdhatis or A-Rod go OK. Don't like Nalbandian and a few others though.

Best action of the day occured OUTSIDE the courts when assorted greeks, serbs, macedonians, etc
had and all-out punch up.
Morons thought it was a soccer match as they chanted various national anthems and insults.
The downside of multiculturalism.
If one person does it, it's insanity. If millions do it, it's religion.

Hewitt bashers, do you only hate Lleyton coz it's the 'Cool' thing to do?
'Tall Poppy' syndrome in most cases I reckon!
Personally I couldn't give a rat's arse!
Over the years he has (though not completely) learnt to pull his head in to some extent! :?

Or Federer, Roddick, Nadal, Nalbandian.

People who use the "tall poppy" argument have no idea what they are talking about.

I have always hated him from day one, even used to side with Bill "Elvis" when he was bagging Ley Ley over Pete Samprese. Also Ley Ley is a crow supporter so not much to like about him eh??

"COME ONNNNNN!!!!!!!"
I'll admit he's been a goose, a spoilt brat & a dummy spitter!
But I don't see the point of people getting so worked up about it!
He ain't the first (Jimmy Connors, John McEnroe, Ilie 'Nasty' Nastase)
& he definitely won't be the last primadonna on the Grand Slam circuit!
Those who're too concerned about whether he loses, gets his arse kicked, a Crows supporter
or whatever have no idea what they're talking about!
They're just too busy focussing on the negative, clouding their brains to the spectacle of the Aussie Open!
There for if you wanna watch a good game of tennis...
So forget that clown & watch the magic of Federer & Roddick!
Bottom line is... Who gives a shit? :x

No doubt all those who bag Hewitt for being a dummy spitter were outraged by Roddick's behaviour towards the umpires and Sharapova's and Safins constant c'mon's after unforced errors from their opponents. Or perhaps Vincent Spadea who last week walked off the court without shaking hands. The examples go on and on. Except it guys you can dislike him but if you watch a fair bit of tennis he does nothing you don't see every week on tournaments around the world.

Thankfully for you all even if he manages to scrape through tonight which is 50/50 he won't last long so just enjoy the tournament.

Must admit I've always been a Lle Lle fan but am getting bored of him these days.
Ive always been one of the first to jump on the "tall poppy" bandwagon when getting upset about people bagging him especially as his original tennis club was Happy Valley where I reside but he seems to get less likable the older he gets, perhaps its me, who knows.
Never liked Roddick except for when he did those American Express ads, bloody funny.
My mum who's a big tennis fan hates Sharapova but I think she's great.
Mrs Wedgie gets upset when I start daydreaming about Maria grunting with me!
