Tell me about it. we got 2.5% earlier this year. seeing that inflation is way more than that effictively we got a pay cut....

True. He's still a cockhead though. I miss Tony Abbott's swearing and cackling! Why does elections turn pollies into robots? Also, can they pull that TV ad with Christopher Pyne, Andrew Southcott and Jamie Briggs?

Just do what I do Fisho, I watch it and put on made up voices as they pretend to stand around a map and talk and point at the water "Hey, look fellas, water !!"..... I find it makes that ad alot more bearable and eventually you will be wanting it to come on so you can make up new lines for them !!
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

I'd assumed it was an advertisement to stop even BLF members from drifting to the Liberal Party as the campaign goes on and the facts come out. ;)
And these are the people who will tell the ALP how to run the country [along with the Greens].

The men are the same with me! One of them even told me, 'Yes, your former husband described you as being unreasonable' and inferred that he didn't trust me not to use Angus' money for myself. Ah well - unlikely I'll be dealing with them too much in future. My son's dickhead father has informed me, via wife #3, that he will not be taking Angus for his yearly visit this January. (He has a new son on the way.) I would like to knock his block off for letting Angus down but I'll settle for him pissing off for good before he does any more damage. Then he can keep his child support money!

Jarvis constantly harassing me with letters saying I'm overdue for a service when I'm no longer obligated to get my car serviced with them. Considering the incompetent job they've done in the past (and the price they charge), the car will be serviced at the local, cheaper mechanic from now on.
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10

I'm hearing ya Brucey !! Bastards charged me over a grand to service my car (A one off 3 years ago) and I constantly get crap from them in the mail, email etc about returning my car for a service and offering me $10 off if I book online. Now $10 off a $1,000+ service aint quite enough to entice me back.... sadly. That ole '1% off' carrot just didn't do it for me. Neither did the fact they ticked a heap of boxes on the service checklist that weren't actually done !!

Jarvis. P off will ya.......

IIRC you are never obligated and they can't threaten your warranty if you have it serviced elsewhere from the start.
If I were you or Choccies I write a letter to the manager telling them why they don't get your business.
1. The may not know what rip offs their service manager is pulling to make his department look good in the financial records - I've met that situation and been compensated.
2. Even if they do you get the satisfaction of pointing out you know, even though they may never reply and acknowledge it.

I purchased one of my previous cars from Jarvis. About a week after my service there was some very loud clunking coming from one of the front wheels. Turns out they hadn't put it back on properly.

I wrote a letter complaining and they gave me ..........

A free service. Yep.

Needless today I did not return, and never will.

Not having any phone credit. I've got all these missed phone calls and messages I can't reply back to. Don't want to get a plan because I'm already paying monthly on about six other things and I'll end up losing track. :? And I can't use the house phone because I made a local call that somehow Telstra has charged me $120 for, so I'm waiting for them to sort it out before I'll use it again.

I have "emergency" credit. Leave a dollar on there for the "please call me" text message. If they want to talk to me, they can spend their money :D

i find it funny that the libs always hang on labor they are funded by the unions, no sh#t , historically labor has been aligned with unions and their policies reflected favor to workers , but yet the liberals have always been funded by business and businness groups such as business SA and their policies reflect that, the libs are lucky that unions lost their way and their members and the population is aging and as is the case more conservative
