Thoughts:

Marble Range- Better off selling the event, because you wont get a truckload of people at the G, and it wont be a big money spinner because it isn't easy to get home after a night on the turps from out there.

Mallee Park- Simply cannot afford to give it away. Need all the money they can get.

Tasmans- As part of the Ravendale saga, they'd have to keep it.

Lincoln South- Certainly do not need the money, so they should think of the "tradition," and host it.

Waybacks- The sign out the front says "The tradition continues," so either pull down the sign, or host the dinner... :D

Bostons- need dollars for the redevelopment, and should not consider selling rights to the PL Hotel.

League- Unless it becomes part of the League's sponsorship with PL Hotel (that PL Hotel gets first rights to the MM dinner), the League should say "Sorry BFC, you don't want it, we'll offer it to the next club in line..."

I am shocked we sold it. but I suppose it all depends on what we got for it, no one at the club is willing to say but I heard it involved Roo playing a gane for us next season.

Any credibility you gained from the last few months without being a spud on here just flew out the window...

What about the Grand Tasman? Aren't they a major sponsor in supplying booze to the PLFL? why should the Lincoln get it? Be fair and put it out to tender instead of under the table back door deals

All EP Sport posters, it is time to "tweak the box," and acknowledge our collective century (100 pages).

Doing some maths (a tad bored), the old thread achieved 100 pages in 112 days, whilst the new thread achieved the 'milestone' in a mere 94 days.

Maybe GWW was correct in "refreshing us..."

So Overloaded didn't get the ball rolling yesterday, so I'll give it a crack again...

Only two minor round games left, so what are we thinking??

Grand Finalists, eventual Premier, Medal???

For me, Mallee/Tasman GF, with Mallee winning
Muzza or MP for the medal

Tasmans for the 2's, and I'm going to put the Tiger hat on and say Watho for the medal! :D

We will play Mallee's in the GF. Unfortunately the winner may depend on the weather. If the weather continues to be crap then mallees might just sneak in, but on a fine day the roosters will give it a real shake.

Its hard to pick the MM cos i've really only seen our games. I would expect magic to poll the best for us. and the way he carries the ball from half back and kicks it deep into the fwd 50 it wouldn't surprise me if he walks away with the MM. Both games against us parks has been best for ranges so he should poll well . no-one from mallees or bostons due to ineligibility (or lack of votes). paul white always plays well and gets plenty of penetration with his disposals and dunn looks good when kicking long gls so both should poll well. Waybacks have plenty of stars however i have missed both of their games against us so i cant' really comment but you would think keatley would around the mark again.

in the 2's i reckon it will be Mallee's will win and the will either play the Roosters or Souths. Both clubs have plenty of depth and either could make it to the GF... Again the weather will play a major part in the result..

no idea about the MM for the ressies however i hope vladge scores a vote!!!

ALso i believe it should be up to the individual club as to where they want to hold the MM count. I think its great that it will be held at the lincoln.
I'm sure the food will be top notch and hopefully no technical hitches. If boston's make some extra ca$h good on them. I would rather go to the lincoln than most other clubs any day.! (although the $2 schooner's after the game are great at poole)

Demons by 20 odd goals. Played well but the opposition were not real flash. Singh was ok for them though. Kelsh and voges both 5 goals. Keatly very good.
Tasmans defeated rangers by 5 points. Minor premiers
Mallee's beat souths.
Big game for souths next week out at the gary.

Ramblers beat cougars by 2 points. Tumby beat eyre united by 14 points after saints led for most of the match under lights. If only a few cars turned their headlights on we might've been able to see what was going on! ;) ;)
