Not like you to keep info media park. If you know something or have heard a whisper then post it that is what this site is all about. Then people can comment on it.

Is a club in financial trouble?

I think Jake Sampson is a chance to win the mail medal. Anyone else give him an outside chance in a low scoring count?

safooty.net's own MP will be Ranger's best IMO, alongside Gurtin.
South's will have got a lot of votes early, but these would be evenly spread between King, Kemp, Jerry, Snake, and they wouldn't have enough to win...
Waybacks will have Muzza and Keats up there
Tassies have Magic and Carl, the rest would be fairly evenly spread.
Harry would get the most for Mallee's, but can't win, and Wes and Mallee would get most of the last couple of weeks.
No one at Tigers...

Out of all that- I'm backing MP or Muzza.

For those GFFL fans out these, who is going to win the game between Cougars and Ramblers this weekend?

For me, it is too hard to tip against Cougars but if they win will this lull them into a false sense of security for the second semi final which is approaching?

Cougars have a very quick side this year, Ramblers starting to get a few players back
should be a ripper with plenty of action on the Bendigo Bank pocket.
It hurts me but Cougars by 1-39

I have heard that the BFC have sold the mail medal count to another venue (not another football club). Can anyone at bostons confirm?

OL- Thought it was common knowledge:

Juniors still at Poole, but the senior count is going to the PL Hotel.

Allegedly the PL Hotel want to "buy" the event off the clubs...

We'll see, won't we... ;)

FWIW, I can't see the MM Count moving away from Tennant street, when a certain club gets their turn (which, coincidentally is 2011). :D

I am just of the opinion that it is an honour to host the count at your clubrooms and put on a great night for the other clubs and guests to witness. Hasn't it been tradition since day 1 to have it at football clubrooms. But hey who wants people through the doors
