Personally i would prefer if all nine clubs were busted being over the salary cap. Than the clubs being caught with $100K unpaid tax. But that is just me.

Brooks should play league and can hold down a KPP for you guys. Is a little injury prone however.

This put them over the cap by $5000 as they believed it to be an item that would not be included. Unfortunately they were wrong and copped a fine based on $1 fine for every $1 over the cap.

Of course they were happy to pay the fine, but at no time did the SANFL imply they were attempting to cheat anyone out of anything.
