if the PAOC boys do get a home final does that mean they have to sell the leagues sponson in west end.
i no fisty put a written complaint in to the amatuer league after being served up coopers in our last ventures to PAOC

yes we would have to sell SAB products. thats never been the issue we are happy to do that, basically we were turned down for a home final and at the moment are looking into appeal. thats where it stands.

Obviously selling west end is no big deal and easy to arrange.
The problem from what I heard was that the facilities werent up to scratch?!

Scoreboard most certainly didnt do the game down at the Thunder dome justice,
very Physical game of footy (which surprised me a little bit)
but in the end Portland were up to the task and ran away with it,
just a quick comment on a few of CBCOC players. if number 5 doesnt get atleast 5 for king hitting the smallest bloke on the oval in the back of the head right infront of the umpire there is something wrong, and number 9 was the biggest sniper i have played against, to his credit he got away with it and what always happens was the retaliator got caught.

u mob at portland would have to be the biggest bunch of sooks in the SAAFL. u have a team full of snipers, who are infamous for behind the ball hits(and on the ball hits) and have played that way every time i have seen you play. it is what u guys are about! im not defending any CBC player for hitting anyone off the ball, cos it is a weak act, but jeez a portland player having a whinge about something like that makes me laugh.

i think para hills will beat smosh this week. there a tough side just haven't seemed to rise up this year, really underrated. as for districts if Portland don't make the grand final and go up to div 2, i think it would be interesting to see a trial game between the two and see who the real pride of the peninsula is .

definatly wont be anyone having a rest, we have that next week. there is about 5or6 blokes in the b's still trying to get a gig in the A's so it will be on for young and old as per usual. and you'll find the coaching staff definatly don't want to lose, even if some people outside the club think its a good thing.

i would think the opportunity to have an undefeated season might be to great to give up! plus prince alfred have a week off next week anyway so i think they'll be going for a big win!

Pretty much no chance of that happening. Seaton were ordinary last week, and PAOC are exceptional. They could have 5-6 outs from their core A-grade and still get up, because the blokes in the B's who would step up would be just as handy.

Seaton Ramblers v Prince Alfred OC - as above, should be a big win to finish off on.
Kilburn v Mitcham- big, BIG win for us, needs to be!
Scotch OC v Portland - should get up comfortably.
CBCOC v Old Ignatians - CBC to finish 4th and then straight out next week.
Para Hills v SMOSH West Lakes - because the lads at PH will do the right thing by us and play to their full potential!
