First Class Cricket Talk (International and State)

'Breaking' news KP fractured rib.
Cant believe Gilly, Punter, Pidge and Hawk sledged him.

At least we saw him score 82, must have been a good innings AH said nothing.
KP broken rib
MAL broken heart
AH broken pride

KP now you can rest your shoulders as well after carrying those bunch of misfits all summer.

that'll learn him to charge ooh-ah Glen McGrath- that's what you get for not respecting a quality bowler like McGrath.
Love the fact that Gilly, Punter & Pidge sledged KP immediately- all 3 got stuck into him! :D

Good to see none of the Australians ran into enquire about his health. If he had played a normal non arrogant shot and got hit it may have been different. Despite his arrogance he is a quality player though. England are really up the "shitski" now without the only bloke who looks capable of scoring runs at any rapid rate.

With out KP im not sure how the English will go in the one dayers. As Mal said he was pretty much carrying that team. It will be interesting to see who replaces him. Perhaps that may get Cook in the team to open. As for sledging him, well im not sure if anybody thought at the time, "hes broken or fractured a rib, lets rush to his aid".

Looking at the bowling, i would like to see Ben Hilefenhaus get a run at some stage. Johnson bowled well and showed hes come along way.

Seeing as they couldn't win a game WITH Pietersen, they can only improve.
