I love Healy. I hope he stays at Prospect forever.

Archard said something interesting tonight - that if the players take risks and run through the middle yet turn the ball over, Healy is fine with that. Yet if they lapse into conservative, lateral, backwards safe kicking, Healy rips in to them. So if the players are not doing what the coach asks them to - why is that? (I'm assuming they aren't?). Reminiscent of Norwood's previous coach - I'm just trying to remember who he played for.... ;)

They have played this way for the majority of the year, if this is true then the players have been ignoring the coach, however some of the culprits of this type of play seemed to still get picked week after week? I'm confused :?

Well, most have been standing since the mid 50's, with no sign of falling into the abyss! At least they don't get flooded out by the first, second or third creeks, or flooded by the patawalonga.

Why would Luke Norman be any safer than Daniel Healy?
Will the same blow torch be applied to him if Sturt don't make the finals this year?

I reckon they're both in trouble.
I see Andrew Jarman has parted ways with his club in the WAFL, he'll be looking for a new job somewhere, unlikey to be at North again, but Sturt maybe?? Stranger things..

But that certainly wasn't North's style when he played for them. Even in their darkest years in the late 1970s they were always known as a long kicking, high marking side. Then Nunan took over and added the run and handball that had been missing from the mid 70s onwards.
