How are the Filsell boys travelling KOS - handy walk ins to any club.

Both top blokes & pretty reasonable footballers as well hopefully they decide to hang around next year because they are the sort of lads that also enjoy a beer & a durry after the game the type of " recruits " you want around any club

Would have to agree with you on that, both great blokes. But hope they are off form just for this weekend

interesting to read in this weeks courier that paul crichton was sacked immediately rom kangarliia footy club. raidis and jeff thorpe interim coaches. the clubs reason was an article from the previous edition of the courier where crichton said this was his most unenjoyable season coaching. i think good riddance to crichton.
anyone else have any thoughts on this?

just commenting on what i read in the courier. perhaps if this isnt fact then paul should talk to the editors at the courier for publishing a story which quoted the kangarilla president as saying they asked paul to leave effective immmedatiely. truth hurts.... and anyone can read it for themselves.

Is that the record DW? Quentin Graham's 40 would take some beating. Craig Manuel has the Amateur League record at 33.

Echunga beat Kersbrook easily after the Brookers kicked 4.19

Yesterdays 'game' at Callington was an embarassment. For one guy to kick 40 goals with 4 blokes hanging off him just shows how out of touch the administration are to let this keep happening. Not to make light of the Cally blokes effort but we had under 17s running rings around these guys in their first games....... It might be good for their confidence but how is this doing the comp any good. Also, we play the million dollar men next week, its hardly an ideal preparation for the toughest game of the season to play in such an uncompetitive, insipid, training run of a match.

You cant fault the effort of the Cally guys though, they seem like a great bunch of blokes and they try their proverbials off every week but its just beyond a joke. The only positives were the 2 tons we were able to manufacture for Mick and Quinno, no injuries and the fact some kids were able to get a taste of senior footy...... even if it was nowhere near A grade standard.
