Those that doubled up last week keep their spots for a secong crack of A Grade footy - good test of our depth against a quality opposition

would like to know everybodys injury list and too see if its bigger than ours, i know hope valley prob would have the worst but we would be close behind with about 8 A graders missing today

That happened right in front of me and was one of the most confusing things I've ever seen. The bloke with the footy was trying to tell the ump to line him up properly, which would have put him on a tighter angle. The umps just think it's AFL. If he's in doubt he should definately called play on, not take the ball off him. No wonder the bloke was frustrated!!

Not sure if it was intentional but one thing i got a laugh out of on Saturday was the Plympton boys attempting to warm up down the lodges club end, they soon realised they were down the wrong end once the lodge started stretching right next to them and off they went down the other end

For a change source was on the money with 8 but I am sure most teams could say they are missing players. Lets hope these players start filtering back in the next couple of weeks so both the A and B grade can have a good crack at the finals. The guys from the B grade that have been playing A grade over the last 3-4 weeks have been able to hold there own which is sure to give them plenty of confidence if they happen to be dropped back down.

nth haven have eliz this week so they can't afford to get hammered in that one. if they don't then you could well be right as i dont think hv can win against plympton or lodge.

Yeah thats what I was thinking but with Valleys having Plympton who can kick just as big a score as Elizabeth it could come down to who can lose by the least this weekend. Then anything can happen in finals.

Yeah, I'll probably fall forward a few times. On the ball I'd be hoping for, I played a game last season only to wake up with a full on flu and nursing a hang-over, the lungs weren't coping well that day. I haven't had a beer for a few weeks now so there wont be a hang over.

Hope Valley v Hectorville: 23 points, the valleys to really push them at home. (17 points)
Adelaide Lutheran v Elizabeth: Lutheran have the wood on the eagles and I think will prosper at home by 31 points. (Eliz by 31 points )
Brahma Lodge v Plympton: The lodge to continue on their merry way with a 46 point victory. (40 points)
Blackfriars OS v Smithfield: More pace added into the side this week, unforced changes, Smithfield by 29 points. (31 points)
North Haven v Rosewater: I hope I'm wrong, but I think Rosies are peaking at the right time, 26 point victory to them. (22 points)

Not far off the mark, sorry, had to gloat about something considering my tipping position.
