Hey all,
Thought I might pass on the information, Stewart Dew is returning to where it all started on Saturday. The Dual AFL Premiership player and Central District product is returning home to help celebrate the Salisbury Football Club's 130th year anniversary. Decked out in heritage strips "The Magpies" will tackle Pultney, whom are both vying for the 5th and final spot in the finals race. For the opposition former Crow Ian Perrie will be lining up and providing a strong presence around the Pultney Forward 50. Also Australia's favourite cricketer Darren Lehmann could possibly suite up in the Early match for Pultney as he did this week.
1st game starting at 12:15 and the 2nd game kicking off at around 14:15, get down for Salisbury's best Steak Sandwiches or the Salisbury Raspberry from the bar, With Bar price's as if it is still 1880, this Saturday it is the place to be! There is no admission fee, so really if you have a few spare hours, there is no excuse. Get down to some grass roots football at a great local club, Proud of it’s Past, Confident of the Future!
*Keep a careful eye out for Marty Magpie handing out treats to all the little kids on the day.
