haha doesnt work that way brother, we gonna work a basic overload program for pre season, and be fit ready and raring to go for round one, ease it back mid season then come flying home around the end of the season in the fittest condition and best form possible!

no sports follower i didnt see him, i just heard. however it seems this rumour is more than a rumour according to duck mann. i dont even know matthew browne, i just got told about it and thought it could be an interesting topic to speak about on here... obviously its created a little bit of interest.

and no i dont play for OTH... but who knows, it is the place to be now apparently so i might have to jump on the bandwagon thats driving up the hill. see how things go when i start my pre season in a few weeks

Bumped into this bloke last night and according to him just wanted to roll the arm over after having surgery, as OTH were training already and craigmore were not, surley no harm in this.
