a few blokes from CLG wear them, brad snell to name one. he realy jumped on board after kicking his self proclaimed but highly criticised goal of the year at paralowie a few weeks back. criticised because he had three bloke waiting for the hands but chose to kick over his head, he maintains the balance band aided in this feat of selfishness! haha

i have just invested in one. Having a goal kicking accuracy of 61% for the first 9 games ill see if the accuracy level improves in the 2nd half of the season.......its probably mental confidence if anything but if it improves my goal kicking then who cares!

You need a miracle worker, not an elastic band.
Get TT to supply you with some of those big 'mothers' he puts around the PMG letters and his fish 'n chips for smoko! ;)

Must admit im a big sceptic on all fad like products. I had heard bout the test where you stand up right and someone pushes down on one arm and people saying once you know the force and you resist against it once you have the band on. A guy i work with had one yesterday and i intentionally tried to keep my balance more on the first test. But found that it noticebly had an effect with the band on. I seriously thought they were a crock of S&*T but im considering getting one .... bandwagoner or not.

Biggest load of crock I've ever seen in my life.

I'm sure you could all stand up straight and had perfectly good balance before purchasing this stupid little piece of rubber and hell, if it magically gives anyone perfect core stability without doing the relevant excercises then i'll go and by 10 of 'em

What shits me the most is that some of my footballers think its ok to waste precious (expensive) club tape to strap them up with as well.

pfft.... :?

Agreed FC.
One bloke in our team has one.
I just don't see the point in it. There's no way it could possibly help!

Maybe the Port Adelaide board could each wear one and hopefully the bank statement might look a bit better soon....
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.
