KP, as a batsman, stating the obvious, he has all the shots, in the first two tests KP was the POM's shinning light, since then I have been o/s and have only seen some highlights and kept tabs on the net

in the last few days I have sensed that KP may get baited a bit too easily, so he may need to learn how not to get sucked in too easily

In London, they also seemed to question the way he bats with the tail, I have not seen enough cricket this series to judge

SD view, as a batsman he is the best in the england side, this means he should bat at 4 and should have from ball one of the series, we are not close enough to understand the reasons he has not but in the UK he is been heavily criticised for knocking back numerous requests to bat a 4

In regards to his attitude andthe team player critisms, my view, since last years series all the players have suffered from a rock star mentality, from a Far KP does seem to walk around like the David Beckam of cricket, if that works for him, that's ok, but soon as it affects team spirit and harmony, then it needs to be addressed

In regards to where he bats, this decision should be taken out of the Players hands

In regards to how the Aussies view him, KP is only liked by S Warne

You spoken to all the Australian players personally i assume SD? As for reading the English press shame on you. More shame on you for actually taking it seriously.

RUNS 2017
HIGHEST 158 3 TIMES
AVE 50-42
BALLS FACED 3027
STRIKE RATE 66.72
SIXES 34

Of those 42 innings has had about 19 innings v Australia
strike rate of 66 [ must be very high of all test players]
shewag s/r 74
clem hill s/r 70 [played for SA + AU in the 1890s + 1900s]
shane warne bowls wides down leg side to contain him in some games !!!!
V SL at Edgbaston 2nd test 2005 reverse sweep of Murali went for 6 !!!!!

Made 158 5th test England 2005 = HERO
Made 158 2nd test Australia 2006 = 2-0 down in series
I suggest instead of picking on a guy who does a great service to his country, pick
on his bowlers who are letting his team down.

England 2006=Geelong 2006

Poorly coached
Poorly led
Lack of leadership
Too much player power
Massive expectation
Losing unloseable games (Adelaide Test/ West Coast game at Cat Park)
Tactical retards

After thinking about that I can't ever remember looking forward to a football season less as I know it will be more of the same. Unfortunately, we don't play any tests next winter!

Only a fool would try and say that KP doesnt have a huge amount of cricket ablity

However, does he have what it takes to help a team thats on the back foot or is he just a front runner?

Yes he has been thier best bat this series but is he hurting the team sprit which must be at a all time low?
When to much sport is never enough

KP at the crease.......20 odd not out..........Read at 7 walks to the crease.
No wonder the guy struggles to bat with the tail. That's what the English press needs to focus on. Surley at test level your 8 and 9 batsman need to be able to atleast hold an end up. Did anyone see Mahmood's dismissal in the first innings.......LMAO and that was lucky number 8. Panasar atleast tries to hold up an end, but thats it. Had Warne gone cheaply that entire test match would have been different. Instead he gets 70 odd not out, we lead by 100......game over.
Tail end batsman are so much more important than they get credit for. When tugga would bat for hours with warney, Dizzy, etc.... the reason was he had confidence in them. KP has no faith in his tail enders and rightly so......they are terrible.
