First time Ive ever seen Geelong beat Hawthorn in the flesh in my life so I was relieved! :D

What a game of football. Don't know what it is about the Hawks but we just can't put them away. Today was a massive positive for our boys with Otto getting through the game and us getting the points minus half of our forward line.

CRAP. We hit the post 4 or 5 times and the umpiring was deplorable.

I tell ya what though, its only when you go to games live that you realise that Jimmy Bartel is the best Geelong player by quite a distance.
GAJ is probably the most brilliant player of all time in close but I'd have Jimmy any day if there was a choice.

Jimmy was sensational today! A brilliant mark for his size.

When Mooney, Hawkins and Johnson are fit who will make way for them? Not sure Hawkins is an automatic inclusion.

Niether am I. I reckon Blake has had a great year and Hawkins doesn't seem to suit in the ruck with his foot problems. Hawk might have to sit the bench a bit until Moons gives it away. I wish I knew what happened to Joel Corey thought, his late withdrawal is a real worry.

What a load of bull plop. Before he got injured, he was one of our better players. He will be straight back in the team, don't you worry about that. The bloke is 21 years old and is going to be a gun for our team in years to come. Bomber knows that too, so he won't be playing reserves.
So you've seen everything have you?
Yep
Have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
No
Well you haven't seen everything then have you.

It depends on structure. There is no way known that we should go in with Otto, Blake, Hawkins, Mooney, Taylor and Lonergan in September. He was starting to hit form but by the time he comes back Otto could be back in full swing. I don't agree that Hawk is an automatic selection and if he is we start to look like North of last year - top heavy.
