They never did get permission though Quichey, not once has Luke or anyone asked for permission before they printed it.
So therefore do i have grounds for a legal case??

1. made an error - now corrected. Meaning, your photo is definitely not in the public interest
2. Wouldn't rely on what I say

A lovely photo but think I will not be picking up the soap anymore in the Changerooms. It is the sock down the Mankini that does it though

That mankini looks a little different from behind I must say....

I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

I think you will find that if the person in the photo is a willing participant and is aware of the photo being taken then the photo is the property of the person who took the pic not the person in it. However you might be able to get compensation from the person (Tom Lipson) who pushed for the photo to be published for their own benefit at your expense, whether that be financial or personal.
I have a problem. It's to do with the little man, the squashed-in French man, the naked little squashed up hairy boy! You know! With the hand feet

Now while Lippo might not be faultless perhaps Mr Piccachu might be able to shed more light on things I am told. Have even heard that Piccachu wanted the BIG MAN STORE as the advert on the same page just for fun

I can confirm this as he was boasting about it at training last night. He also said that he has more scandelous material he wants to publish. I feel that this makes him a target for retaliation. A serious judgement on character for Picapoo is needed. I already have mine. He is a sh!t Bloke full stop :D ;)

[b]Maybe a Fisty Calender a bit like the Mawson Lakes one with the sheila, although I know which one is best to look at and Fisty is not in the same League. Any scandelous photos would be used I am sure especially if Piccachu is involved. On another thought maybe no more Fisty please but a bit of scandal is always good and you know they will always get used
