Alternately, if they don't people will know how to escalate it and get it resolved quickly.

Now speaking of telstra, we are still waiting for a phone line to be connected. The house who has our number obviosuly is receiving our phone calls and is using our line to make calls. meanwhile we have nothig in or out since 930am monday! GAHH!

I had the opposite problem with Telstra - one of their inbound consultants fraudulently set up a phone/internet connection. Thankfully when I called, the consultant was horrified at what happened and the bill was wiped.
