Anyone following this?

Just watched 113 & 114. A few standout moments for me:

-Daley's swing at Koscheck (UFC 113) after the final bell - WTF was he thinking?
-Shogun is a beast, destroyed Machida (113)
-Russow's KO on Duffee (114), where the hell did that come from? Actually, that fight looked hilarious from start to finish.

Best knock out in a long time what was huge and out of nowhere. Shogun was that and a bit Rampage and evens will struggle to beat him. And Daley is dumb as sh*t he will not fight for UFC again according to Dana White.

How funny was Duffee vs Russow...A jiggly fatty up against a chiseled beast...and the jiggly fatty won!

***UFC 115 SPOILER ALERT***

Just watched the main event. Liddell vs Franklin.

Franklin KO's Liddell with a fairly inoccuous right jab to the jaw with only seconds left in the first round...but wait...apparently Franklin's left arm was broken halfway through the fight, GTFO!

Just watched it and the punch was flush on Liddell it got him good. and Yes Franklins arm is broken and you can tell by looking at it after the fight. Good Card fight of the night was Mirko Cro Cop vs. Pat Barry alot of respect and great punches thrown. Cro Cop still proved he has plenty of fight left in him. Chuck the Iceman Liddell will not fight in UFC again according to Dana White.

Geez, I've just caught up on 113-115....what a great series of fights to watch in a row.

Agree completely with Russouw, what a physique! HELLO HIGHLIGHT REEL!!!!

Seriously he looked like he'd been in top shape some time back and then melted. I'm in better shape than he is. How he beat a bloke like Todd The Adonis Duffee is beyond me. It looked to me that Duffee really wanted to go the distance, just to prove a point. Many a time was he on top only to back back to the centre of the ring, giving time for Russouw to recover. Don't get me wrong, the bloke (Russouw) can fight......I can't!

As for Liddell, that punch was a cracker. Right on the button as Mike and Joe say. In all the fights I've watched, I've realised that some of the worst punches knock guys into the middle of next week. In fact, if you could teach a guy to roundhouse a bloke to the temple, that seems to stagger them more than a flush punch to the jaw/chin.

You have to hand it to Franklin though. I really thought he was underdog and going to get beaten by Liddell. And to do that with a broken arm - I takes me hat off to ya! Well done. I am one that agrees with Joe about Liddell retiring. I hate seeing Couture and Coleman come back only to get beaten by younger quicker blokes. To see Liddell comeback and get done by blokes he wouldn't have bothered sneezing on 5-10 years ago would be an insult to the great array of fights in his vault.

CANNOT wait for Brock vs Shane in UFC116. I'll say that Brock will win, only cos he's a massive mountain of a man and I for one still under-rate Carwin.

Did anyone watch the Ultimate Fighter 11 on the weekend?

Liddel is getting towards the end of his career, but I think people forget how good Rich Franklin really is. He has an exceptional record & a majority of his losses have come at the hands of Anderson Silva & he is freaky good

I cannot wait to get this fight it should be a crack Jack I will predict this will be finished in the 1st round for Carwin to win. For Brock it will go to round 3. The judges will not be needed

Watched it today. Will refrain from posting spoilers tonight.

One thing I will write though - Leben vs Akiyama was one of THE best fights I have seen.

What a fight that was, extremely entertaining.

I never thought it would compare to the awesomeness of Akiyama's entry! :D It was extremely grand

***SPOILER ALERT***

So many highlights, but these few moments stand out the best for me:

- Aussie George's win. Okay, so it wasn't the most entertaining fight, but he's our homegrown hero and he's another step closer for a shot at the lightweight title.
- A bloodied, bruised, but grinning Bonner
- Fight of the night! Leben backs up from his win TWO WEEKS AGO to defeat 'Sexyama'. Does this dude have an iron chin or what?! I'm glad Akiyama chose to fight toe to toe most of the fight (which was his downfall really - bad tactics on his part) because it meant we got to see some brutal and prolonged exchanges.
- Unification of the Heavyweight Division. Love him or hate him, you gotta respect Lesnar for withstanding a first round pounding from Carwin who gassed himself going for the kill. Controversy though, many think the fight should have been stopped in the first round??? Perhaps if it wasn't a main event it would have been - Carwin unlucky.
