The bladder irritability continued to trouble me a bit because I also had a stent reinforcing the right ureter where it was stretched a bit to suture to the bladder.
I was glad to have that removed at 4 weeks. I've been comfortable since then.
I was able to drive my car within a week of the initial surgery, but stuck to the automatic one until small abdominal muscles were a bit less sore.
