Was one of the best games of country footy I have ever seen. It was an absolute cracker! 2 Clubs that don't like each other playing really skillful football and was a bit of biffo had everything. Imps had one new player played CHB and didn't play too bad.

I think his name is Ricky Hunter. From Yorke Peninsula League.

Has been at the Roos since the start of this season.

I see Jervois beat Mypo, well done to all those people who tipped Mypo cause you were wrong!
And also a bad luck to the Boston Celtics who lost to LA Lakers in game 7 by 4 points.

Do clearances need to be lodged before June 30 to go through, or do they need to be finalised before this date? Do any RMFL clubs even have points available at this stage of the season?

Ricky Hunter played juniors at west adelaide around 97 to 2000 plus few ressies games, went to moonta for a few years now at mannum. Played backline most of juniors was strong bodied for his age group. I heard waterhouse was on the ball last week made ricky main focal point obviously worked. Haven't seen him for a long time has he still got the long blonde locks?

Looks like Fitzgerald from Port Magpies (plays Reserves mainly) has been cleared to Imps, although this article says he hasn't made up his mind if he'll play at Imps or in the SANFL still. A few $'s may make up his mind :)

Also, Meningie look to have picked up a recruit from country Victoria.

Ricky is originally from the Riverland where he played juniors for Wunkar and Loxton. Has had two stints with Moonta that were seperated with a year in the Barossa. (Not sure who with either Tanunda or Nuri).

Over half way through the minor round and its still not easy to tip who will be the grand finalists. I'm inclined to think it will be Imps and Ramblers, for first time since 1987, but Mannum and also Meningie are still a good chance of making it to the premiership decider. There isn't much between the top 4 sides at all, and the eventual premier may be the club who is best suited to playing on the Tailem Bend oval (grand final venue).

Injuries will also play a big part as well.

If rumour is correct, Mannum has made another massive signing, just before the clearance deadline....

It's an all star line-up down that way.

well come on...who is it? I know last year they had the opportunity to sign Braden Lyle and Gavin Wanganeen but they opted to play there juniors. Maybe with the strength of Ramblers and Imps this year they need to pull an ex AFL rabbit out of there hat.

Weren't Mannum linked to another high profile player in the pre season who was a few years younger than both Lyle and Wanganeen?

Surely Mannum would not have enough points left to do too much more recruiting.Clive 3, Hall 4, Hunter 2 that leaves 1

Reckon you might find that Hally has been plying in the Reserves for the last couple of weeks.

He left the ground just before half time with what looked like a serious ankle injury and didn't return to the ground
