Round 14 Trades & Discussion

Postby Q. » Wed Jun 30, 2010 10:43 am

As if my injury woes couldn't get any worse...

Hurn looks due for more time on the sidelines and there is talk that O'Keefe may miss due to a groin injury he picked up in the last quarter on Saturday night.

Higgins is set for a return though.

Great. Steve Johnson, O'Keefe and Big Browny. Fair hole in the forward line now!

My next move will be to use my remaining trades to get rid of any players that Q Man has. He is a dead set jinx!

Jesse O'Brien has been picked for Brisbane in tomorrow night's game. All eyes will be on his performance in the hope he can cement a spot in the team as his MPP status (DEF/FWD) could prove handy for some people, apart from also being a possible routine downgrade option.

Have done the sums and trading out PAP's Trengrove for Jordan Roughead will give me enough cash to bring in Sandilands for Kruezer.

Doing this trade means I'll be forced to stick with Brown and Hurn, probably for the rest of the season.

Got a fair few trades left, so might start getting a bit hotter on the trade button.

This week: OUT Kruezer IN: Jolly or Sandi??

Upgrades in the next couple weeks, Want to bring in Montagna/Hayes into Midfield next week, and then work on the forward line. Wish Waite would make friends with the umpires.

Now that Q Man has selected Aaron Sandilands expect the big lug to burst an ovary and miss four to six matches. Get on Jolly mate! ;)

SC:
Out - Duncan & Trengove
In - O'Brien & Gablett (C)

Still got about $120k & 8 trades to play with!
If you don't like it, change it. If you don't want to change it, it can't be that bad!
