I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Call the manager, I think you can get said items for free if the scanned price is higher than the advertised price (pretty sure that used to be the case).

I refuse to shop at HS nowadays.
The amount of times I have gone there to get a "special" and they have sold out by 10am is ridiculous

The term "Special" has lost it's meaning, it is used more often nowadays than the term "normal shelf price applies"

Have a look at all of the Coles & Woolworths adverts and find a genuine Grocery item in their adverts. It's either a beverage, petfood, toilet paper or washing powder.

That sounds familiar. I heard something similar when I worked at the RAH, way back when the old central administration building with the pebbled exterior finish was reasonably new.
The kitchens in the basement were overrun with what they called "steam beetles" which were about 1 cm long and were allegedly harmless and impossible to keep out.
The administration was not pleased when I pointed out at a hospital staff meeting that the were in fact immature cockroaches which had not yet undergone the metamorphosis in which they grew their wings, and produced pictures from a textbook showing both forms.

Putting your favourite socks in the oven to warm them up in this Arctic weather.

Then forgetting you put them in there.

Like my socks toasty.
