just letting ya's know, i kicked 5 in the first one, and got BOG in the round 1 win last year.

i've already thanked my sponsors.

cheers for the clarification too mate.

not a bad effort by the lads. something like 13 of the first 21 A Graders out yesterday, meant that a few of the lads got the call up into the A's, including your's truly. So a few guys that dont normally play or weren't quite ready to be back in the team had to step up just to field a team. speaking to Ram's Smithy, he made it sound as though they were in a similar situation. So it was a good hit-out for two depleted squads by the sounds of it.

Aldinga people ... I noticed that Anthony Carlisle (Alipate's brother) was cleared from Reynella to the Sharks last week and got BOG for you on the weekend.

If my memory serves me correctly, Anthony was playing league footy at South as early as this year. What happened to see him back in the SFL? Has he been injured or simply had enough of life at South Adelaide? How did he end up at Aldinga?

Anthony played one or two games for Reynella's B grade a couple of years ago. Quiet lad but looked to have the makings of a pretty good footballer. If he has quit South, you have found yourself a very good recruit.

He did play well, massive kick on him. Good pick up for the Sharks.

Sounds like a pretty common feeling that comes out of South Adelaide Football Club.

hey a2m, Joel out for next 2 games (missed last 2 also), can't remember exact injury but will only miss a couple, we actually have enough numbers atm, I missed the Lonsdale game because too many players available, we had another 15 year old debut last week in the A's, kicked a nice goal too. Ben Martin had a run in the B's, first game back this year, tough ask this week Reynella away but no different to any other year. We'll just keep plugging away and hopefully improve each week.

We have 4 trainers now (Timmy back this week) and 2 others doing rub downs etc so off field looking ok after the way the year started. Catchya round mate
