Same on the Southern Expressway this morning. I mean seriously just slow down a little and leave a bigger gap, hard to do with idiots thinking that is a great spot to fit into, and you will be fine on the road.

I think, on mornings like it was today, the number of people on the roads increases dramatically as people who usually would catch the bus tend to drive instead. These people, not being regular peak hour commuters aren't as experienced and used to the amount of traffic and tend to cause more delays by being in the wrong lanes and trying to indicate over and trying to squeeze into spots that aren't there. This makes for a much slower trip and more chances of accidents and frustrations for regular commuters who seem to know how to get by in peak hour traffic quiet well. This morning took me 1 hour and 15 minutes compared to just under an hour usually.... And I got cut off 87 times.... :-s
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Not to mention the roadworks all over the place which also look confusing in bright sunlight-
Let along in rain and haze - would be chaos/confusion I'd imagine !!

And I'm mostly thinking about the Old Noarlunga/Victor Harbor/South Road/Seaford roadworks.
What a complete mess it is around there at the moment.

Putting lights in at the end of Victor Harbor Road - which is great.
But what they're doing only a few metres down the road at the intersection Seaford Road - I have no idea?

I finally worked out what they're doing down there! :D (Although I didn't twig until I saw the traffic lights.) I was trying to drive to Yankalilla and could NOT work out which lane was the South Rd one - ended up on Seaford Rd and that's a mess too.

I am a glutton for punishment, but Harris Scarfes who has supposed great sales every week,at the Arndale store the amount of times at the cash register the price of items scan the wrong price from what it says on price tag.Eventually they always call for assistance, following by a call to the manager, always with same excuse, someone must have put wrong price on item, after 5 to 10 minutes they will give the item at the discounted price.Obviously they run a great business or maybe there is a pissed of employee who puts prices on purpose to annoy Harris Scarfes.

Getting drenched walking from car to work.
Blokes cracking the sh1ts about inclement weather policy.
12 hour shift to make up the lost time trying to sort it out.
Sitting in wet clothes all day.
Probably repeating it all tomorrow.

The amount of rubbish cooking shows on TV at the moment is bad enough but does the Advertiser need to be full of recipes and cooking show crap too ??

Call the manager, I think you can get said items for free if the scanned price is higher than the advertised price (pretty sure that used to be the case).

I believe that's a voluntary code of practice.

On the topic of Harris Scarfe, is it just me or does Harris Scarfe have an identity crisis - they don't know whether they want to be a discount variety store (ala Big W and K-Mart) or a higher end department store (ala Myer and David Jones), usually resulting in cheap quality products at high prices.

Needless to say I very rarely venture into Harris Scarfe these days for this reason.
They don't keep me here because I'm gorgeous and 5'10
