Things must have really dropped off this year then cos you certainly don't host grand finals two years running and smashing gate taking records if your club is a joke and it also means that every other club must be top shelf from top to bottom so the league must be in good shape.

the general consensous is the kangarilla coach is not well liked he spent a good hour or so speaking to SJ after the game maybe a possible assistant coaching role at maccy for next year could be on the cards??? wouldnt be a bad thing because his sons arent too bad footballers

He is not well liked because he calls it as it is and coaches with his heart on his sleeve.
He has a fantastic record over the years, Marion juniors in 2002-03 , Cove juniors, CLG Div7 premiership.
He just needs to find a club that suits his intense personality, but a few blokes out there have the utmost respect for his dedication to the game.
On a sour note, a little birdy said to me that the Crighton boys have decided they need a year off being coached by the old man, and will not be staying if he does, or will not follow him on his next conquest.

adelaide bank wrote:MAYBE IF THE CRICHTONS DIDNT GET ON HERE DRIBBLING RUBBISH THEY WOULDNT GET SLAGGED OF AS MUCH.But we all know they cant keep there mouths shut

My other birdy also told me that AB has tried his hand at coaching, but is severely struggling in his first year after all the hype they wrote pre-season. Throwing stones?

A few questions? does anyone know what happened to Dwayne Hughes? has he finally decided to play C's where his skill set belongs?

Also does anyone know whats happening with ol money bags Garry Hughes? Is he just Smitherons puppet in 2010 or is he just the magnet board holder?

Time for SJ to move on me thinks, getting exposed again for the mini-bus that he is, time to move to another club that has bottomed out and lift them a couple places on the ladder and claim he is the messiah!!

That would be correct.

An amazing performance from us, the best ive seen from a Gumeracha side in many many a year. Shows what happens when all the boys rock up switched on and with great discipline. Was quite surprised at the size of the victory and the lack of heart from the majority of the Maccy players who appeared content to squabble amongst each other. Agius was the star for the day and he'll make a great addition for the rest of the season.

Also I was shocked at the lack of support from the away side. In recent years Maccy have always rocked up in good numbers but yesterday there werent many there. Maybe im looking too much into it but it doesnt look all that well.

Smoo Smoo wheeere aaaaare youuuuu? All players back and fired up you say? Gumeracha's under 15's (6) filled in for Maccy's U17's while their U15's went home for a hot bath, maybe the club lacks ticker all through.

gum were very discipline and willing to help each other but wasnt any back chat with the maccy players except three quarter time wake up call. gum were on and maccy didnt turn up how is gums oval they surely have to do something with that there isn't one part of the oval where its level or even the boundary line they have two lines marked on the club side whats the go there

I always check the country footy site and see how the goalkickers are going. Noticed Torrens Valley kicked 43 goals but it didn't have individual goal kickers listed. How many did Josh Hill get, he could be closing in on 100 and it's only June still....

I think I'm in the right league here??

Just as well TV have a side, surely 8 from there and 6 from Kersbrook is a bit of overkill! No wonder the 2 teams keep on smashing the opposition.

Only 4 from Kersbrook last time I counted. His 8 from TV is pretty well spot on and wouldn't get much of an argument from many Hills Country followers.
