I love turmoil......

Very even grade...... maybe a sleeping giant is awake and ready to upset a couple of the more fancied teams..

Hope the lad from Woody South that came off on a stretcher late in the game is ok
Opinions and bumholes..you either have one or are one IMO

Just as an aside...a number of people from Greenies believe the score shown is incorrect a goal was given to the wrong team and the margin was in fact 99 pts... aaahh umpires and iscore, can't live with em......just gotta love em

Well done to Pag and the boys. A stand out game by caruso and a more urgent midfield deserved the points. We had many chances but could not nail the game. Has put us right back on the back foot going to take something special from here on in to make the finals.

Excellent game of footy at Glandore, WOS led all day up until about the 10 minute mark of the last quarter where we hit the front and held on.

Quality competition too, two games between the double chance and 8th spot.

You just beat the bottom side, so what. IMO ithink you will scrape into the 5 and be eliminated early not up to Pooraka , GG , westminster , or pultney, but thats only my opinion and if you saw my footy tips score you wouldn't be too worried what i say. As for turmoil, that will come with rejects from other clubs chasing dollars.

Hey Farmer

If you think I was refering to Greenies as being the sleeping giants you could not be further from the truth... think about another club that is now getting results that were eluding them earlier in the year  Ace I may have to borrow your compass!!

As for turmoil..... not my words but others.

And your tips must be about half right as we managed to beat two of the four teams you mentioned in the first half of the year.... will we play finals I hope so, just as other teams hope to do.

sorry, i suppose beating the bottom team isn't waking up, just rolling over. Back to sleep then.

Interesting round of fotty in Div 4 over the weekend.

Salisbury showing they have a bit more to offer than their current ladder position and look like they could have a good back end of the year. The should take a bit of confidence out of that win and give us a great game this week when we head out there.

Unley knockong off Fitzroy is also a good win for the Jets too and they'd be happy with that I'm sure.

As for us, well, Pooraka were just too good in shocking conditions and a 5 or 6 goal lead whatever it was at quarter time is always hard to peg back. We got within a few points at 3/4 time but some injuries and poor decisions from us and clean, experienced footy from them saw them take the points and rightly so assume the mantle of premiership favourites. Not a lot of individual winners in the Bulls line up but they play really well over the board as a team and step up when it is their time so all credit to them. No excuses for us. They were just better.

Really looking forward to the game this week with you guys Choccies, and Pooraka to come next week, will give us a real indication of where we are at.

Then we have 4 of the last 6 at home without having to play the (I think) best three sides in the competition, we are conifdent that our best footy is good enough to make the finals and do some damage.

Yeah I think our game this week will be a cracker in both A's and B's so I'm looking forward to the day. Hopefully this time you can hang around instead of rushing off to hospital so I can have a beer with ya !! ;)
