as for the weather, foxtel is lying to me again saying rain will hit late today and remain with us till tuesday.

stubberfield aint 6ft 5..and osborn plays for kenilworth not lockleys and is well over 6ft tall and would be as strong if not stronger than bryant and stubberfield and maybe heavier..go and stand him one day..he is the in form premier forward of the competition..i always thought in the wet the so called "tough" teams with size and grunt do well but you say the TOS runners will benefit not WC who you rate as a straight ahead hard hitting attacking team that you like watching..i am slightly confused..so if it was a dry day you would favour WC even though TOS have great "runners" who you would imagine would like to play in the dry rather than the wet??? surely the TOS forwards can take marks as well?

my weatherman says 16 degrees with a possible shower..

didnt actually say osborne played for lockleys,i know he plays for your boys, mentioned lockleys because of the fact you mentioned their forward,
as for big osborne,i know how big he is but to debate with you about him and stubby and bryant, well i would be just waisting my time

i hope so LK!

its not a waste of time deeman..its entertaining me on a cold friday ;)

well you did say lockleys tall forwardS in the same sentence as writing off my thoughts so i assumed you included osborn..lets ask around and see what the forum thinks as i am prepared to be wrong, thats no biggy..who is the most dominant big forward in division 6 right now? bryant goes well and so does davis..which team would be more effected by losing their big forward?

i say osborn..and i repeat..stubberfield is not 6ft 5 :)

Bamm Bamm Davis!

Of the three mentioned - Bryant, Stubby and Osborn - Bryant (when fit) trumps them.

for me its the big man stubbsy.mighten be 6ft5 but not only does he get his own ball he puts the fear of god in any one around him.doesnt need to get heaps of the ball to still be super effective
bryant when on song is god but needs to work on his work rate
osborne is good and strong plus deadly in front but for me stubbsy is the one i would want everytime in my team

looks like people havent taken into account the weather conditions picked for tomorrow and the fact west croydon who have the two top power forwards in the division are not suited for these conditions
think if west croydon win tomorrow they can then be counted as premiership favourites
the trinity runners will really be suited for these conditions and will be a much better test than in round 1

How come people think we're so big and can't run and can't play in the wet???

I think people maybe underestimating West Croydons running game its one thing that Fadge has brought to the club is a few more runners and this year picked up some with a bit of class, i see this as the major improvement this year.
