What more can I say!!! The "CFL" tried this earlier this year with the SAAFL. They were quitely told by the delegates to shove it up their a*se we will not be dictated to.
Just jobs for the the "Old School Tie Boys" just look at who is involved.

Do not get sucked into this.

As for Andrew Dimwitrio and Adrian A**wipe these two half brained morons could nor orgainse a pi**up in a brewrey. Tell them to take own thier ideas
"Shine them up real nice turn them sideways and shove them up their own "Candy A**ses"
Thus sayeth "The Rock"

They have already stuffed up the game in the AFL. Just look at the tribunal, umpires
(No idea on rules or fashion sense")
2017, 2019 & 2020 PREMIERS
RICHMOND, RICHMOND, RICHMOND.

Let that be a lesson to you, Port Adelaide Sturt. & Norwood You don't beat Glenelg in Grand Finals and get away with it.

Now I am not one to go quietly but to have a response better than that FE would be impossible.

Extremely well put and could not add, subtract or even add a word to what you have so adequately portrayed in your own way.

If only I could say the same things in other forms of the media it would be nice......................................just sensational and took the words right out of my mouth

Waiting for one of the twins to wake up for a feed so thought I would check the threads.

Lets see who is next in the gun. Probably Colonel Klink and Co at Luft Stalag Thebarton.

May be we could organise our own "Great Escape" with a new league!!!!!!

SY, can you keep us in the loop please? Maybe the majority of the delegates aren't as gullible as some first thought!

just to update this thread, basically nothing happened last night. Hutton announced at start of meeting that the vote the following night was off and that the meeting wasn postponed indefinately. Apparently Metro South and CDJFL are ready to vote yes, NEMJFA and mETRO wEST are still doubtful. Apparently the reason thisn is being implemented is to give junior football a voice inn football in this State, yeah right. Chair NEMJFA spoke and appears Ex are very sceptical of whole thing, surprisingly most clubs said Ex doing good job (in most things). Clubs worried about voting away their competition and having no say in the future and then reverting to AFL next generation rules. Hutton very concerned by some of recommendations and obviousl opposition to them by NEMJFA clubs. End result was clubs to go back to their committee's with further research required by SANFL. They in turn will get back to NEMJFA Ex with more specifics.

This is part that really concerns me, without this new board,n there are no specifics, they are all broad recommendations with no specifics, so how can they move further. Stay tuned.

Oh, and Walkerville said they would accept the move.

And so it should! And I'm just up the road too!
What we need to find out is why would Walkies vote 'yes' if a vote was called for. What is their reasoning?
Their Seniors were very vocal against the idea in the SAAFL discussion so it appears they are poles apart in their thinking.

just to update again, nemjfa delegates meeting last night, matter touched upon, basically nothing has changed in the situation, SANFL refuse to provide specifics of what will happen down the track. NEMJFA clubs and Ex are pretty resolute that unless they receive more information, they will not move forward. NEMJFA Sec compiling list of questions from all clubs that will be submitted to SANFL for real answers. Given the mood of the meeting, couldn't see anything happening in the near future with NEMJFA. Chair said Pres meeting of clubs b4 end of July.

Question is though, will you get real answers, believe it was indicated that the NEMJFA Executive may take up to 12 months to consider and wont be rushed into any decision. That will p/off the SANFL no end as they wanted these changes in prior to the start of the 2011 season

All that will be put up is SANFL "spin". That's how they 'sucked' in all the country leagues, tell them it will be okay so sign here.
Good on the Junior leagues who along with the SAAFL clubs have shown some balls in refusing to bow down and submit to Big Brother.
My info is at least David Hutton is listening rather than using the GR approach of dictating.
