Would have thought that you portland boys would have known that rumours are just that after what happened to them last week and the crap written about their former coach. would suggest that one or two of the sillier people are hoping more than fact about any trouble as it generally or nearly always turns out to be nothing at all. portland people would know better than anyone that over the last week that not all that is reported is truth as were the gossip earlier in the year about SMOSH W/Lakes Coach, The Kilburn Coach etc, etc, etc. So what I am saying is shut up until anything concrete is known or you will look just as silly as others who have started idle gossip. Also with you guys playing seaton after the bye - the seaton coach might find out who you are when dropping idle gossip and that could be unpleasant especially when found out not to be factual

Not a case of settlling down it is a case of portland were on the wrong end of the stick last week and there is no need for more gossip about Coaches down the Port at the moment considering what has happened since the start of the year with a host of Clubs down here as there is nearly always nothing to the gossip and sheer crap. As soon as a club loses a game or two these rumours tend to filter although even if unsubstantiated at all. Having some knowledge of what goes on at Portland you would know that your former Coach was stiched up in an aritcle without it being true so for the sake of all Coaches down the port and everywhere just please get the facts right before even suggesting something like that. Portland were stiched up last week as you know and no need for a repeat.

Hope Rosewater laid out the 'welcome' matz........
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.
