Yeah sometimes you have those nights with the quinella's. It all depends who wins the race. On average though the exacta does pay more than double the quinella. But that is only courtesy of the blow outs. When you have the odd range of $5-$30 the quinella more than holds its value.

Thanks Mop Up. Have always liked Horsham as a betting track. Yeah MT like the Tuesdays!! Overs were good. $10 on the winner. But was annoyed with #5 running 2nd. Would have been a great end to Horsham.

Must admit I've been following the thread and Horsham does seem to be somewhat a specialty of yours!!

Warragul a work in progress too, seems to me you often have one big big result which makes the night whereas Horsham most races are a positive.

Horsham is my best track especially in terms of S/R.

But your right. The markets only need the occassional good result to put them in profit, while at Horsham this year my top selection is winning just over 40% of the time, and in the market, you can back every runner according to their price and be 4% in profit.
