Paralowie down by about a goal at 3/4 time, just couldn't run the game out with lockleys. They used the wind well in the last and pumped us in the end.

well done to the raiders yesterday..monstered the lions after an even first quarter..i reckon they had about 400kgs more weight on the field and they were up for it..i think they are the biggest team in the competition and are certainly mountain men..they can cause some shocks this year in the right conditions..against the hawks this week it will be a clash of the giants..for the lions the break after rd 9 cant come soon enough..congrats to the farmers getting the points yesterday..i hope you partied on well :)

p.s. damn my pic of quichey was sort of accurate :)..nice to meet you mate and well played yourself..just cut the torpedoes out ..rexy dont like them :)

Good to meet ya as well, Z. I underestimated the impact all that rain would have on the oval, much softer than I'd thought it would be, but in the end those conditions played into our hands. We were pretty determined not to drop another home game too.

Wouldn't be writing off CLG yet, too much class on the sidelines and they have to return at some point.

Should be a ripper game out at Fawk Reserve too. I'll be sure to have a beer or two in their clubrooms if you wanna find me after the game.

Trinity Old Scholars are traveling well at the moment, especially considering
they lost several very good players to work interstate and overseas at the beginning of the year.
What are their chances for the flag?
